Vicki Anita Lyons

She was born August 4, 1951 in El Dorado to Ernest Lloyd and Bertha Russell. Vicki worked as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Dumas & Associates. She was past president of the Clarksville Rotary and a Paul Harris Fellow, long time president of Arkansas River Valley Tourist Association, and was previously on the Board of the Arkansas Hospitality Association and the Board of the Arkansas Chamber of Commerce Executives. Vicki was previously employed as Executive Director of Clarksville Arkansas Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Clarksville.

She is preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her mother, Bertha Lloyd of Strong; husband, Russell Lyons of El Dorado; her children, Nicholas Lyons of Little Rock, AR, Alison Dugal (Shay) of El Dorado, Chris Meshell (Tracie) of Strong, Harlan Meshell of Strong, Amanda Smith (Chris) of El Dorado, and Ashley Smith (Jordan) of El Dorado; her sister, Lisa Russell (John) of Plains Montana; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and one niece and one nephew.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 in Young’s Chapel with Bro. Tommy Nash officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday night at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be John Russell, Mark Thomas, Shay Dugal, Chance Free, Jon Tarver, and Mike Meadows.
