He was born on April 4, 1961 in Oklahoma City, OK. Philip was employed by the City of El Dorado and loved watching football.
Survivors include his parents, Carroll Gene and Winnie Jean Shelton Stringfellow of Hampton; sister, Sandy Yates; brother, Russell Stringfellow all of Hampton; two nieces, Sara Michael (Tyler), Olivia Pennington both of Springfield, MO; and three great nieces and four great nephews.
Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Young’s Funeral Directors. A Celebration of Life to honor Philip will be announced for a date in the month of May.
