Marcus was born on March 17, 1970 in Irving, TX to Jonathan and Beverly Sawyer Saulsbury. Marcus enjoyed golf, fishing and duck hunting. He loved horses and anything cowboy. He attended one Community Church. Marcus's family was a source of great pride and love especially his grandchildren. Marcus was preceded in death by his father Jonathan Saulsbury, grandparents Theo and Ruth Sawyer; J.C. and Leatha Saulsbury.
Survivors are his wife Mandy Draper Saulsbury; his mother Beverly Saulsbury; daughter Morgan Nash (Chance) of Mt Holly; son Madison Saulsbury (Courtney) of Conway; brothers Chris Saulsbury (Susan) and Garrett Saulsbury (Sarah) all of El Dorado; grandchildren Emersyn Nash, Thatcher Nash and Whitten Nash; his in laws Harlan Golden (Sheka). Along with his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm at Youngs Funeral Director. Funeral services will be at 2 pm, Friday, June 2, 2023 in the chapel of Youngs Funeral Directors with Jim Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Old Union.
