Lamona Sue Lynn

Lamona Sue Lynn, 93, died November 6, 2022. She was the last surviving sibling of Fred and Louella Andrews Pepper. She was the eighth of nine children, all raised by a sharecropper, Mr. Fred, in Caledonia AR. Her mother, Louella helped raise the family by using crops from the field and farm animals to feed the flock.

Sue was born January 31, 1929 and was a homemaker. When her youngest daughter left for college she decided to attend nursing school. She worked in that occupation for over 25 years. She was a special person who loved her job and family.

Marrable Hill was her church and she attended faithfully until her health prohibited. God had a plan for her. When her daughter, Nancy, became ill with cancer, she had skills that were needed for her care.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers and sisters, her husband, Bobby Lynn, her daughter Nancy Lynn and granddaughter Mandy Coats. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Lynn Coats, and her husband Jimmy, a grandson, Chad Coats and his wife Candi, and two great grandsons, Cameron and Collier Coats.

A graveside service was held November 10th for immediate family under the direction of Young's Funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
