Joe graduated with a chemical engineering degree at the University of Arkansas and went on to enjoy a fulfilling career at Great Lakes Chemical as a Senior Engineer. Joe retired at 60 and began his new life of serving his community as a volunteer at the election poles and at the IHS Food Pantry, where he was affectionately known as “the bread man.” Joe was a regular at Healthworks and loved spending time on the Pickleball court with friends.
His greatest love in this world was his family. He was blessed with his wife of 45 years, Jane, and their four children John (Kristen), Jessica, Jeffrey (Kim), and Jenny. He was Papa to four special grandchildren. Joe was one of nine Doyle children and was so very loved by numerous nieces and nephews.
An informal reception with the family will be held at the South Arkansas Arts Center Friday November 1, 2024 at 5:30pm.
Visitation will be held at Young’s Funeral Home Saturday November 2, 5:30-6:30pm followed by a Memorial Service at 6:30pm.
