Joe McDiarmid

Born on July 12, 1940 in Hermitage, AR; he was the son of Luther W. and Vera Doggett McDiarmid. Joe was a member of Wyatt Baptist Church. He retired from Cooper Industries as a supervisor after 25 years.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Pat Greer and his wife Sandra Kay McDiarmid

Survivors are a son Jeff McDiarmid of Conway, AR, daughters Royiaa (David) Kulesia of Hickory, NC and Natashia McDiarmid of Charlotte, NC, his brothers, Bill (Helen) McDiarmid, Glen (Joann) Mc Diarmid, Ricky (Eileen) McDiarmid all of El Dorado, AR., along with grandchildren Ryan McDiarmid, Bryce McDiarmid, Kayle McDiarmid, Taylor Kulesia and Patrick McDiarmid.

The family will receive friends from 1 pm until service time Monday.

Funeral services will be 2 pm, Monday, June 23, 2014 in the chapel of Young’s Funeral Directors with Rev. Larry Doggett officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park.
