Delonne "Lonne" Rosanne Orr

She was born on January 28, 1958 in Corpus Christi, TX to Roy "RD" and Sherry Smith Holloway.

Words can’t describe who Lonne was and the legacy she leaves behind. She was a woman who loved Jesus first. Lonne was a selfless woman that thought of everyone else first and always tried to fix things for everyone. She was a woman who never missed her kids’ ball games and was the loudest parent in the stands. Her heart for her family was bigger than life itself, and it showed. She loved her husband so much and made sure everyone knew it. She started off being a Texas beach girl and later became an Arkansas river rat. She loved the outdoors, especially the garden and was a self-proclaimed “Crappie Queen”. She was a talented decorator that could make anything look beautiful. Her Daddy told her the night before he passed that she would one day decorate Heaven. We love our Lonne (Nonne) but we know she is at peace and her Father was ready for her to come home.

Lonne was a member of First Baptist Church of Norphlet.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survived by her husband of 23 years, Timothy Lynn Orr; her mother, Sherry Smith Holloway of San Antonio, TX; her twin brother, Justin Holloway of Abilene, TX; a sister, Laura Mitchan Greer of Houston, TX; two children, Jerod Hurst (Shellie) and Melissa Turner; two bonus daughters, Nicole Kilcrease (Josh) and Haden Harris, all of El Dorado, along with eleven grandchildren, Grayson, Liam, Calan, Dylan, Trey, Jaydon, Marty, Emma, Camron, Blaine and Ainsley; three great grandchildren, Asher, Remi and Oakley, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. Monday, June 19, 2023 at Young's Funeral Directors.

Funeral services will 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 20 at Norphlet Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Rhodes Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
