Born February 26, 1954 in Baton Rouge, LA, he was the son of Otis J. and Theresa Pecquet Hebert. Brian was a graduate of LA Tech University and was self-employed as a consulting forester. Brian was also a lifelong member of the Boy Scouts of America.
Preceding him in death along with his parents was a brother, Otis J. Hebert, Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Jan Hebert of El Dorado and a daughter, Megan Wilson (Tyler) also of El Dorado. He is also survived by a brother, Mike Hebert (Cathy) of New Roads, LA and sisters, Deb Hebert (Susie Buckley) of Baton Rouge, LA and Trudy Champagne (Eric) of New Roads, LA along with his brother-in-law, James Tighe of Ashdown, AR. Surviving grandchildren are Kynslee Brooke Wilson and Grady Tighe Wilson along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at Young’s.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Young’s chapel with Kent Jobe officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
