Trinidad was a very religious person. She often attended services at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Lakeside.
She is described as super friendly, with a great smile. Trinidad very much loved her family, enjoyed gardening, singing, music and helping anyone in need.
Trinidad is survived by her husband, Juan Cayabyab Basa; son Deosdado Basa (Mercilina) of Philippines; daughter Delia Reese (John) of Lakeside, California; daughter Virgilia C. Basa of Lakeside, California; son Edgardo C. Basa of El Cajon, California; and son Valentino Basa (Rowena) of El Cajon, California.
Trinidad was preceded in death by father Ambrosio Cinco and mother Maura Franco.
Trinidad is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She is also pre deceased by 3 sisters and 2 brothers
A visitation for Trinidad will be held Friday, April 2, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020. A rosary service will occur Friday, April 2, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020. A funeral service will occur Friday, April 2, 2021 at 12:00 PM, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020. A reception will occur Friday, April 2, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020. A graveside service will occur Friday, April 2, 2021 at 2:30 PM at Singing Hills Memorial Park, 2800 Dehesa Road, El Cajon, CA 92019.
