So sorry to hear that my Aunt Ruth passed away.  She's together now with my dad and hopefully they are catching up.  So sorry that I didn't get a chance to see her in such a long time.  Condolences and thoughts to all in the family.

At least we think it was you who sent the card. I know she is at peace and celebrating with her loved ones. glad to hear from you but sorry about the circumstances.

When we left Calif there were people we lost contact with but we really loved Ruth. Sorry to take so long in responding as I (Terry) have A.L.S. disease in my throat and am slow at everything anymore. We own a gun shop and that is where Vic spends his day time and takes care of me at night. He is home on Sundays.

Ruth Dorice Tyler, passed away on October 16, 2020 at the age of 91 in El Cajon, California.  Her funeral was held at Greenhills Memorial Park in Rancho, Palos Verdes. A few friends and family members attended her service.  Ruth was born in San Pedro, California to Harry and Wilma Stenholm.  Ruth attended San Pedro, High School. She was employed at Harbor General Hospital as an Orthopedic Technician for over 25 years; retiring as the department Supervisor.  Ruth was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held positions in Church including  working with youth in the Scouting program as well as singing in her Ward. Ruth loved to learn and read. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Wilma Stenholm, her son Russell Parker and brother Allan Stenholm.  Ruth is survived by her husband Calvin Tyler, sister Marilyn Marsino, sons Michael Bell and David Bell, and grandchildren and great grandchildren.
