She was born in Phoenix AZ on New Year's Day in 1976. She graduated from South Mountain High School, and received a medical assistant diploma. For the last five years she was employed as a administrative assistant.
During her life she was a caregiver, and second mother to her nieces, nephews and any child she knew. Jolene enjoyed music, movies and was a number one Dallas Cowboys fan.
She is survived by her mother Marion Gregg, father Jerry Johnson, sister Cheryl Ayars, Brother Travis Johnson, grandfather Virgil Johnson, nieces Vanessa Navas, Alyssa Johnson, Taylor Johnson, Nephews Matthew Johnson, Tyler Ayars, great nephew Anthony, great nieces Mariah, Maylani, Melody, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that became family.
