JoAnn Woodruff Beaudoin

JoAnn Beaudoin of El Cajon, California passed away peacefully in her home at Good Samaritan on December 16, 2023, at the age of 92 with her daughter Diane Anthony and her son Thomas Beaudoin by her side.

JoAnn was born in 1931 at Mercy Hospital in San Diego, California. At the age of 19, she joined the Air Force where she met her beloved husband, Raymond Beaudoin. They fell in love and were married on July 26, 1952. That love grew to include their four children Andre Beaudoin, Robert Beaudoin, Diane Anthony, and Thomas Beaudoin.

She worked for the County of San Diego for 21 years and was awarded several certificates of devotion, dedication, and service to the people and the County of San Diego.

JoAnn enjoyed spending time reading and listening to music. Her favorite musician was Andrea Bocelli which she had the opportunity to attend his concert with her daughter-in-law Riva Beaudoin. In addition, she enjoyed dancing and singing, but most of all, she enjoyed the company of her sister Mary Lowe. They loved each other immensely and teased one another to no end.

JoAnn is survived by her children: Robert Beaudoin, Diane Anthony, and Thomas Beaudoin and their spouses: Martha Beaudoin, Eric Anthony, and Riva Beaudoin; grandchildren: Sean Beaudoin, Nicholas Weber, Luke Beaudoin, Eric Beaudoin, Jasmine Morgan, Brea Stone, Paul Beaudoin, Anisa Rosso, Mikaela Niesen; great-grandchildren: Justin Saucedo, Grace Beaudoin, Elijah Beaudoin, Caleb Beaudoin, Micah Beaudoin, Laney Beaudoin, Roxanne Beaudoin, and Myra Rosso.

JoAnn will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving mother and a good friend.
