Jacob was a very happy young man with a tremendous love of music and Family.

He was born with serious health issues that he battled for his entire life.

He was told that he probably would not survive through puberty,but due to the advancement of medicines he was able to have a longer life..24 years was not enough.

He had some amazing doctors through the years that tried various medication’s. that kept him with us for the entire 24 years that we had him. Jacob never complained about his health problems. He was able to do most of the things he love to do.

He had a passionate love of music of all kinds,especially country music.

He was able to attend many concerts with his uncles, cousins, friends and family.

Jacob touched the hearts of everyone who knew him or met him. He was a very loving and caring young man.

He will be missed by us all , he was a loving son, grandson, nephew, uncle, brother, cousin, and friend to many.

Jacob was preceded in death by his grandmother Annamaria Duke on December 5, 2023
