He had three brothers, Glen, Edward, and Paul.
He moved with his family to the San Diego area where he eventually met the love of his life Lucy. They met at Grossmont High School and got married on December 17th, 1950. They were married for 73 beautiful years.
They had 6 children, Dan, Dennis, Neil, Ron, Kim, and Jason. He had 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
