Gary Dean Ellertson was born April 24, 1952 in Provo, Utah to Robert and Barbara Ellertson.
He is survived by his wife of 42 year, Janice Faye Ellertson, sons, Shawn & Wottana Ellertson, Aaron & Erica Ellertson and daughter Karalee & Anthony Carranza. Gary also has 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Gary's mother Barbara also survives him.
Services for Gary were held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in El Cajon, CA with burial at Singing HIlls Memorial Park, El Cajon CA on October 6, 2017.
