Florence Effie Locke, age 90, of Vista, California passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Florence was born in Tupper Lake, New York.

Florence is survived by her son Harold Edward Locke Jr. of Vista, California; and her daughter Roberta Lynn Thelan (Dcott) of Briggs, Texas.

Florence was preceded in death by her husband Harold Edward Locke; her son Gary Allen Locke and her daughter Donna Louise Allen.

Florence is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren
