Bill Richard Duncan

He eventually made his way to San Diego where he met his wife and raised 2 beautiful daughters . He was very proud of his girls . A chef by trade Bill enjoyed teaching them how to cook . Bill was a life long Notre Dame football fan . He played golf, shot darts and even took a turn at bronco riding . Although quiet in nature he had many friends who he communicated with through social media . Bill will be missed by his family , friends and his fur babies who were his constant companions . Bill is survived by his wife Heidi , daughters Madeline , Hailey , Kimberly , son Bill , 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
