He was the devoted husband of Luz Noriega Limon (married for 54 years) and the loving father of Alejandra Limon Sandoval, Aurelia Limon Thrasher, and Andrea Limon Casas, son-in-law, Steven Sandoval, and a wonderful Grandfather to Emily Limon Thrasher, Aaron Limon Thrasher (Leah-Wife), Nicolas Sandoval, Cesar Sandoval, John Sandoval, Eric Alejandro Casas, Alexa Casas, and Evan Casas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnoldo and Felicitas Limon, Gilberto Limon (brother), and Irma Limon (Sister). His surviving siblings include Agueda Mellado, Ricardo Limon, Arnoldo Limon, Fernando Limon, and Maria Luisa Limon. Our Father’s extended family included several cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
One of the kindest souls on this planet, our father was a gentle, giving man who worked tirelessly to ensure his family had everything they needed. He faced every challenge in life with admirable strength and courage. Our Father enjoyed creating art, sculptures, and pottery, attending car shows, creating architecture planning and blueprints, mechanics, and gardening. He made it a point to share his experiences with his family and took great pride in his and their accomplishments. Early in life, our father learned the importance of hard work and instilled that same work ethic in our family. He was always there for us, whether we needed help with homework or just a shoulder to cry on. He was a man of character and taught us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right. He immigrated from Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, and earned an associate's degree from Imperial Valley College. He began his work career as a construction worker, then was an employee of Diversified Equipment, and finally chose a career as an Inspector General for Rohr Industries. Our father was a true role model we will always strive to emulate.
