It is with great sadness that the family of Ujvala Rao announce her passing on Monday, July 16 at the age of 78.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Voruganti Somasundara Rao. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Gautam and daughter-in-law Salmana and their five children Aazar, Sara, Shaan, Aadam and Alia; her daughter Pratima and son-in-law David and their two children Kiran and Anika Mala (all of Toronto); her sisters Manjula and Manoja of Chennai, India and their families; her sister-in-law Lalitha of Boston and family, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Hainstock's Funeral Home and Crematorium, 9810 34 Ave, Edmonton, Alberta. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
