It is with great sadness to announce that on October 12, 2019 Raymond Thomas Harrison passed away at 81.
Ray was loved and cherished by everyone he knew, and was a great mentor to all. Ray was born in Manchester England on September 30, 1938. He served his country in 2 Para, The British Parachute Regiment. He immigrated to Canada in 1967.
Ray is survived by his wife Roberta; son Kurt (Chantelle); daughters Louise and Victoria (Steel); and his grandchildren Jamie (Jenny), Brendan (Jesslyn), Cole, Nicholas, and Josh; and 5 great-grandchildren. A service will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 11:00 am at Hainstock’s Funeral Home, 9810 – 34 Avenue, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Cross Cancer Institute would be greatly appreciated.
