Pearlene is survived by her loving partner, Monwat; daughters, Taliyah (Miranda), Leksi, and Aluwell; sons, Lydon, Ryder, Langston, Maximus, and Mikwah; sisters, Cathleen, and Jocelyn; brothers, Kernon (Angela), and Jordon; nieces, Kassius, Addison, Cazreah, and Kaydia; nephews, Jayceon, Teyvin, Enzo, Landyn, Maddicus, and Maverick; as well as numerous other aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She is predeceased by her parents, Gerald Checkosis, and Rosemarie Baptiste/Walker; grandparents, Pearl Baptiste, James Kasokeo, Margaret Checkosis, and Peter Poundmaker; aunties, Virginia Checkosis, Shirley Baptiste, and Darlene Baptiste; uncles, Gilbert Checkosis, Victor Checkosis Sr., Murray Baptiste, and Michael Checkosis; and cousins, Ricky Checkosis, and Kreedan Checkosis.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 24, 2022 at Little Pine First Nation Hall.
