Mike is survived by his 99 year old father, John; daughters, Amanda Lee, Alicia, and Cassandra; bonus daughters (yes more girls), Jo-Anne, Tammy, and Tabatha; grandchildren, Riley, Joline, Chayse, Cody-Lee, Justice, Kyler, Tayo, Madalynn, Amelia, Camilla, Alessandra, Keara, Sicily, Scarlet, and Melody; siblings, Deb, Denis, Victoria, and Bob; his aunt, Karen; his two loves, Nancy, and Ali; as well as the numerous friends he considered family.
Mike was predeceased by his loving mother, Roberta; sister, Carol Lynne; nephew, Billy; and niece, Terry.
