Born to Georgina and Patrick Martin of Prince George, BC.
Kyle will be lovingly remembered by his fiancé Denise: children (Rhiannon, Kaysen, and Jamison). Their home is Leduc County, Alberta. Kyle has a large loving family with brother, Trevor Paul; sisters, Kirsten Martin, Melissa Martin; and is predeceased by sister, Denise Paul-Leon; his nephews are Vincent Starr, Linden Paul, and niece, Phoenix Paul.
His uncles, Chris (Dolly), Jack, Tommy (Iona) Wycotte, and Wilf Plasway. Predeceased by uncle Vincent Wycotte. His aunts, Marlene Wycotte, Lori Yallee, Genevieve Poirier, Josie Balczer, and Mary Martin. Predeceased by aunts, Cecelia Cavanagh, Marg Wycotte, Rita, and Mary Ann Plasway.
He will be remembered by Martin and Colleen Meier, Diana (Carter and Willie), Dan (Chantel, Navaeh, and Atlas), Darlene (Lee and Haisley) along with many cousins and very special close friends.
Kyle spent his early years in Prince George, BC. Although he wasn’t too fond of travelling, he experienced several parts of the world. From the age of four, he visited Disney World in Florida on several occasions, during his elementary years he travelled to Ottawa, Niagara Falls, Toronto, Kauai Hawaii, London England, Paris France, Santa Claus Village and Helsinki in Finland, Edinburgh Scotland and as an adult to Los Angeles and Disneyland California with his family.
He left BC to pursue his Automotive Technician designation in Alberta. He was blessed with a strong work ethic and professionalism. He knew at a young age what he wanted to do, and he was driven to accomplish his dreams. He achieved his Automotive Technician Red Seal on November 22, 2012. He worked for several automotive shops where he met the love of his life and fellow automotive technician, Denise Meier. Together they created Inline Automotive and Performance. The shop was so successful that it grew from a one bay facility to five bays, where they recently moved.
Kyle lived his life to the fullest and his children are his pride and joy.
Public viewing will be from 12 to 1pm on Friday, January 27th for anyone who wishes to pay their respects to Kyle in person at Hainstock's Funeral Home, 9810 34th Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta. His Celebration of Life will take place from 1 – 2 pm after the viewing.
