It is with profound sadness the family of Josephine announces her passing on the evening of July 27, 2016 at the age of 53 years. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Patrick Fong; her parents, Felicisimo and Carmen Lopez; siblings, Rogelio Lopez, Precy Apilado, Estrella Taino, Zenaida Tejada, Felicisimo Lopez Jr., and Carol Marcos; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends. Josephine is predeceased by Pilar Lopez, Pedro Lopez and grandparents.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 11:00 am at North Pointe Community Church, 14025 167 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB with a viewing starting at 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Bob Jones, officiating. A graveside service will take place on Tuesday August 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 14611 Mark Messier Trail.
Memorial donations in Josephine’s honour may be made directly to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Canada.
