Jason Drew Bettcher

Jason Drew Bettcher born November 26th, 1973 died surrounded by his wife and children on October 17th, 2021. He is survived by his wife Annette Berdahl, children Kinnley (Kylie) Bates, Kolton (Nicky) Bates, Kennedy Bates and Jayanne Bettcher. He was Grandpappy to grandson’s Carter and Caysee. He was also the proud daddy of his two beloved Shar Peis, Rio and Tula.

Jay was a son, brother, uncle, friend and mentor to many.

Jay was a journeyman Ironworker and appreciated the brotherhood of his peers. His interests were many and included movies, outer space and the universe, volunteering, spending time with family and was always ready for a good party.

May your memories of Jay bring you peace as he will be forever in our hearts and remembered so dearly, until we meet again.

In lieu of flowers or contributions please donate blood or plasma in Jay’s honor.

In accordance with the Alberta Government Covid-19 Exemption Program all family and guests are required to provide identification and one of the following:

• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination

• A negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours of the service – not sourced from AHS

• A valid medical exemption letter

There will be no exemptions to this requirement.
