A triumphant journey of Pintu grooming Dr. Harpreet Saini, can’t be framed into few words. Though a short story, but definitely a one which our future generations will recite for ages and will inspire them to go for unachievable. Your short story is more legendary than many long ones.

2 little eyes shined through the dark night of 15th October 1974, in a small village, Naushera, Gurdaspur and that was the beginning of an era. An era, which no hurdle could stop, An era which was destined to grow. An era which will never stop.

A little genius Pintu grew up into a determined young fella, on scholarship he joined G.N.D.U in 1993 and completed his Bsc in 1996, did his MSc in 1999 from PAU. This future agrometeorologist joined PAU Bathinda in 2006 and was working as an Assistant Professor, agrometeorology in Ludhiana. This fighter from birth crushed the chivalry of rich city culture and wrote 187 research papers.

Both on the professional and personal front, achieving something easily was not his cup of tea. To get the love of his life he waited 3 years and got married in 1999 and was blessed with a girl (2000) and a boy (2006). Our fighter gave a good fight to life in the end as well, where people usually even don’t make it to the hospital you tussled with life for nearly 1 and half month. Unfortunately god had some other plans for you.

Success sparked through his eyes,

Empathy for others overwhelmed his heart. His philanthropic zeal lifted many fallen souls. You blessed every life you touched. India or Canada your popularity was not bound to borders. Your generosity was not confined to boundaries. You lived as a beloved son, brother, friend, father, loving husband for your family but your relations were not just restricted to your family. Your fun loving and helping nature gave you an extended family of hundreds, you have left all those in unbelievable shock, mourning for you.

You may have closed your brown eyes for now,

You might have moved to new horizons for now, but you will continue to live in us
