George Semeniuk

George is survived by wife Shirley, his two sons, Darcy (Janet), Jason (Penney), grandsons, Brett, Jaret & Rhyd, granddaughters, Rhyse & Rhian, brother, Clifford, sister, Sylvia. He is predeceased by his father Nick, mother Mary, brothers, Joseph, Carl & Ernest and sister Margaret.

The watermark photo on the inside of the program is the log cabin that was purchased in British Columbia by Mr. Mattsuo. George and his crew were hired to erect and finish the cabin, which was located in Japan at the base of a beautiful mountain in 1997.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday October 29, 2021 at 10:00am, at Memories Funeral Home & Crematorium, 13404 St. Albert Trail, Edmonton, Alberta.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in George's memory.

Memories Funeral Home & Crematorium is participating in Alberta’s restrictions exemption program. All individuals attending an indoor funeral service will be required to provide 1 of the following:

1) Covid-19 proof of vaccination & Identification showing name & date of birth

2) Medical exemption letter & Identification showing name & date of birth

3) Proof of a privately-paid negative rapid test taken within 72 hours of attendance at the funeral home & Identification showing name & date of birth
