On Monday, August 18, 2014, Eric Wiedman passed away at the age of 92.
Eric is survived by his children, Betty (Andrew) Snowie, Barry (Shauna) Wiedman, and Gwen (Jon) Gagliardi; 11 grandchildren, Nancy (Derek) Whitehouse-Strong, Alexandra Bird, Erin Bird, Joanna (Chris) Thorgrimsson, Gwynneth Bird, Marlaina (Dale) Boskers, Eric J. Wiedman, Jeremy Wiedman, Robert Wiedman, Evan Gagliardi, and Thomas Gagliardi; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Margaret (John) Klingbeil, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Eric is predeceased by his wife, Muriel; son, Wayne (“Ricky”) Wiedman; daughter Shirley Bird; brothers Ralph Wiedman and Paul Wiedman; and sisters Erna Zinnick and Hertha Wiedman.
A Funeral Service will take place at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 10014- 81 Avenue, Edmonton, Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Robin Hood Association.
