He will be remembered and missed by his loving wife Erna of 57 years, his 4 children: Dan (Janice), Allan(Kristina), Karen (Jamie) and Rudy; and his 6 grandchildren: Julianne, Colton (Sabina), Steven, Tiffany,Taggert and Petra. He was predeceased by his two sisters Martha and Erika.
Ed was a very hard working man who was a carpenter by trade. His passions
included fishing, gardening and camping. He was also very skilled at
growing and grafting a variety of apples. Family was important to Ed and he would always break into a smile when they stopped by for a visit. This is auf wiedersehen for now dad..... until we meet again, in Heaven (John 3:16).
A graveside memorial will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2020, at South Haven Cemetery, 5004 Meridian Street, 1:00pm. In Ed's memory in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local food bank.
