On August 11, 2015 Dave passed away at the age of 59 years. He is survived by his wife, Helen of nearly 36 years; children, Christopher (Daphne) and Bradley; grandchildren, Zoë and Aidan; brother, Noel (Brenda); his dog, Diesel; and extended family and many dear friends.
