Surrounded by her family, Betty V. Byers, passed away on March 10, as she lived her life, with dignity and grace.
Betty had a great life. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack of 66 years; her brother, Bill and sister-in-law, Evelyn.
Betty was extremely proud of her two successful sons, Thomas (Jan) and Cal (Joanna) Byers. She took joy in watching her three grandchildren grow and prosper, Sandra (Lee) Stocking, Courtney and Brenda Byers. Her pride extended to her great-grandson, Conner Stocking.
Betty spent her last weeks alongside her loving family reminiscing on memories, sharing laughter and smiles that will fill her family's hearts for a lifetime.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to The Salvation Army (#200 5615 - 101Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6A 3Z7 ) would be greatly appreciated.
A Celebration of Life for Betty will be held at a later date.
