William Francis Campbell

Bill Campbell, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2024 in Edmond, OK, at the age of 75. Born on January 16, 1949, in St. Louis, MO, Bill's life was a testament to love, integrity, hard work, and cherished moments with family and friends. Bill wanted to be remembered most as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His legacy of love and devotion will forever be etched in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.

In addition to his family, Bill had a passion for travel, golf, and indulging in Mexican food with a good margarita. Throughout his life, Bill achieved significant personal and professional success. Over the course of 35 years he worked for several different financial security firms as a branch manager, VP, and regional director. His career took him throughout Texas and Oklahoma, until he retired to Edmond, OK in 2015.

Bill is survived by his devoted spouse of 52 years Sara Campbell of Edmond, OK, his daughter, Ashley Clinton and her husband Scot of Houston, Texas, his son Robert Kerr Campbell of Edmond, OK, and his wife Emily, and his five beloved grandchildren, Sam and Campbell Clinton and Ellie, Chloe, and Remy Campbell. He is also survived by his older sisters Mary Ann Trammell and Judy Darnell.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital in his honor.

A funeral service for Bill will be held Friday, April 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Baggerley Funeral Home, 930 South Broadway, Edmond, OK 73034.
