Una Hembree King, 90, born October 18, 1921 to Augustus O. and Maud (Brothers) Hembree in Maud, Ok. Una married Bernard King on November 19, 1956 in Elk City and lived there until 1977. They moved to Shawnee and lived there until 1986 when their first grandchild was born to only son, Ben and his wife Laura in Edmond. She was blessed with three grandchildren, Kathryn, Kristin and Audrew of Edmond; brother, Alva Hembree, 92. “Mimi” spent the past six years at Grace Living Center, and passed from this world on Jan. 13, 2012 and is now in the care of our Heavenly Father. Graveside services for Una will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 19 at Gracelawn Cemetery
