Robin was born on January 31, 1948, in Oklahoma City, OK to Jim Ed and Madeleine Brisebois Daily.
Robin, a native of Ponca City, graduated from Ponca City High School (PO-HI) in 1966 and attended Oklahoma State University where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega.
She married Jerry Hughes in 1969, and in 1971, they welcomed their daughter, Whitney Robin Hughes Tero.
Robin worked in various administrative roles throughout her career before landing in her dream job as a petroleum Landman in 2001. From 2003 until retirement in 2016, she worked for Texhoma Land Company and Antero Resources where she was ultimately a crew chief of various projects in Glenwood Springs, CO and Edmond, OK.
Robin is survived by her daughter, Whitney Hughes Tero and husband, Dan Tero; grandson, Mo (Morgan) Tero; her sister, Shawn Alexander and husband, Mike Alexander; niece Mea Geubelle and family, Blake, Millie, Gus Geubelle; nephew Micha Alexander and family, Ashley, Michael, Augie, Ruby Alexander; long-time companion and best friend, Jack Wilkins and family, Jake, Jamie, J. Henry, Wesley, Lucy, Eli Wilkins, and Allie, Kelly, Claire, Crawford, Charlie O’Connor; her beloved and faithful furry companions Hazel Belle and Freddy the Freeloader.
