Josephine (Jodi) Bell of Edmond, moved peacefully from this life into the arms of her Lord, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday. Jodi was born in Fort Scott, Kansas on November 30, 1946 to Joe and Vera Buffington.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother Mike Buffington. She is survived by her brother, Bill Buffington of Ft. Scott, Kansas, her daughter B.J. Moore and husband Rob Moore of Edmond, and son Jim Bell of Oklahoma City. She is additionally survived by five grandchildren: Lindsay, Robbie, Mackenzie, Caitlin, and McCann and three great grandchildren: Emma, Ava, and Jack. Even though we are left with great sorrow and will miss her greatly, Jodi will always be in our hearts.
Services will be held on Monday, September 21, at 1:00 pm at Stonegate Presbyterian Church, 17101 N. Western, Edmond. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
