Frank Joe Lambert was born July 9, 1937, in Chickasha, OK, to parents Bryan & Dolly Lambert. He passed from this life on February 1, 2019, in Edmond, OK.

Frank retired from OG&E as a purchasing manager. He kept busy with his two main passions: ballroom dancing and fishing trips to Arkansas.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his daughters: Shari Negri, Janis Ridgell, and Lynn Stokes; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
