James Francis Fagan Jr.

He and his wife Gina M. (DiSanto) Fagan shared 17 wonderful years of marriage together.

He was born March 4, 1952 to the late James F. Fagan Sr. and Frances (Jackson) Fagan – Snow in Jersey City, NJ.

James was a graduate of Saint Aloysius High School in Jersey City, NJ. He then began his lifelong passion as a Master Carpenter. He specialized in building homes, offices, schools and malls. Later, he joined his local union where he continued his trade. James was a regular ol’ MacGyver, he could fix just about anything. James loved hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. As an avid collector, he owned many unique guns and coins. James was a family man; he adored his two children and was absolutely filled with joy, every second he got to spend with each of his five grandchildren. His friends and family will always remember his heart of gold; he was always willing to help anyone who was seeking guidance. His joyful, loving, fun soul will never be forgotten.

In addition to his wife Gina, he is survived by his son James F. Fagan III and his wife Deana, of Wayne, NJ; his daughter: Christine Fagan and her companion Kristofer Huse of Marshalls Creek; his brother: Michael Fagan of East Stroudsburg; his sisters: Frances Fagan of Middlesex, NJ and Mary Buratti of Stroudsburg; five grandchildren: Ava, Ella and Grayson James Fagan-Huse, also, Kayla and Jayden Fagan; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, James was preceeded in death by his brother William Fagan.

Family and friends may gather to celebrate his life on Friday, October 16 from 1-3pm and there will be a prayer service led by Father Gregory Reichlen at 2pm at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
