Windy Adams, 89, of Chattanooga, TN passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019. Born in Morgan County, Alabama, he was a member of Tiftonia Baptist Church. Windy was a veteran of the US Air Force, a licensed Barber for 68 years and was the owner of Lookout Valley Barber Shop. He was a very kind and generous man.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Betty Adams; daughter Allison Adams; son, “Sharpie” (Kendra) Adams; two grandsons, Jarrett Adams and Christopher Adams; two sisters; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road with Pastor Mark Brandon officiating.
Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, West.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
