Virginia E. Lowe, 94, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021. A lifelong resident of the Chattanooga, she was a member of Grace Works Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank A. Lowe Jr. and her parents, Lee and Mattie Parks.
Survivors include her son, Gene (Becky) Lowe; grandchildren, Tiffany Lowe, Ginger (Joey) Mathis, and Martha (Nathan) Baker; great-grandchildren, Carson Lowe, Brady Mathis, Kaleb, Ella, Harper and Baker.
Graveside funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 404 S. Moore Road.
