Mr. Turner was born and raised in Chattanooga and graduated from Central High School in 1960. He was a longtime dedicated member of Ridgedale Church of Christ where he served as a Deacon, and he retired from Velsicol Chemical as a Supervisor. Ronnie loved his family and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Wilmoth Turner.
Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Margaret McDearis Turner; children, Lisa Turner Birjkovff and Jeff Turner; grandson, Wesley Birjkovff; brothers, Tommy (Sherry) Turner and Johnny (Ursula) Turner; nephew, David Turner; and nieces, Kristy Rogers, Kara Turner and Amanda Westman.
Visitation will be from 11 to 1 PM on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Ridgedale Church of Christ (1005 Dodds Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
Funeral Services will follow at 1 PM on Thursday at the church.
Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens South.
