Mary Agnes Brown Phillips, age 69 of Chattanooga died Thursday April 21, 2011 in a local hospital. She was born December 25, 1941, in Chattanooga, the daughter of the late Shirmer and Agnes (Long) Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband John F. Phillips.
Mary Agnes loved spending time with her family and friends and was an avid sports fan.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 26, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father George Schmidt officiating.
The family will receive friends at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home Monday Evening from 4-7.
Survivors include children Cathy (Bert) Phillips, Sandy Steele and Vince (Stacie) Phillips; sister Shirma (Pat) Dorsey; eleven grandchildren; one niece and one nephew
