She drove trucks for a living and worked for numerous trucking lines in the Chattanooga area such as Covenant, Averitt, and US Xpress. She also worked at the waffle house in Red Bank and East Ridge, where most customers would refer to her as “Lady Di”. Diane loved gardening, especially growing her own vegetables and flowers. She was a former member of Calvary Temple Assembly of God. Diane was affectionately known as “Mamaw” and she loved to cook. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and will be missed by all those that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents, and several siblings.
Left behind to cherish Diane’s memory are her children, Christina Moore, Bobby (Pam) Clark, grandchildren, Joshua (Kayla) Morgan; Alex Moore; Cody Clark; and Sam “Shane” Chadburn, several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
A Celebration of Diane’s Life will be held in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Sunday February 19, 2023 at 5:00 pm with Rev. Wayland Stewart officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2:00 pm.
