He lived is East Ridge Tennessee. Retired from the State of Tennessee, as a social worker where he worked for 30 years. He also served his country and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Harris, son Alex Harris and 3 sisters; Romona Bowman, Wilda Stokes and Freddie Fryar.
He was survived by his sons Kris Harris and Kevin Harris. 8 grandchildren; Jacob, Aiden, Kirsten, Ansley, Ava, Ryan, Braylan and Kalyn. 4 great-grandchildren Kenneth, Esmie, Kevin and Ellie.
A Visitation and Celebration of Life will be held Saturday March 8, 2025 at Chattanooga Funeral Home East Chapel, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN 37412, with visitation from 11 am-1 pm followed by the service starting at 1pm.
