Joe Enos Jr.

Joe was born in Taunton, Massachusetts and lived his adult life in Chattanooga as a devout Catholic. He was a great parent and an adored Pa-Paw. He was kind and generous to everyone and he did it his way. He loved life and was always surrounded by family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all.

Joe was preceded in death by wives Dorothy (Dot) Jean Burgess Enos and Sharon Kay Hale Enos. He is survived by sons, Rick (Debbie) Enos, and Terry (Donna) Enos, all of Chattanooga; daughter Karen (Pete) Daniel of Peachtree City, Georgia; 8 grandchildren, Angie, Shannon, Ashlynn, Joseph, Tyler, Lilly, Dorothy and Sam, 7 great-grandchildren, Trey, Farrah, Chase, Sky, Savannah, Ryder and Delaney and 2 great-great grandchildren (Jada and Cayden) and extended family Sherri (Bradford) and Eddie Sanchez.

The family would like to thank his extended families; Longhorn Steakhouse (Brainerd), Home Plate (karaoke friends); and most importantly his Wednesday Night Poker Buddies.

Please join us in celebrating Dad’s life. Our family will be receiving friends at Chattanooga Funeral Home East Chapel on Sunday, August 27 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Family will receive friends again Monday, August 28 beginning at 10:30 at OLPH Catholic Church followed by an 11:30 Funeral Mass. Burial will follow the service in the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
