Janice was born September 29, 1940 in Ringgold, GA., to the late Robert Allen Snyder,
Sr., and Ethel Doyle Snyder. She graduated from Ringgold High School in 1958, and
spent her entire adult life caring for her children, grandchildren, and family. She was a
devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, filled with love and thoughtfulness for her
family and friends, and her beautiful spirit and memory will forever live on in them.
She was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents, her brother, Robert Allen
Snyder, Jr., and a sister, Charlotte Helton.
She is survived by her sons, Dean Lusk and Greg Lusk; three grandchildren, Jenna,
Nathan, and Katherine Lusk; a brother and sister-in-law, James K. and Theresa
Snyder; a sister-in-law, Ruth Snyder; and niece and nephew, Mary Long and Bob
Snyder.
Funeral services will be held graveside in the Lakewood Memory Gardens South on
October 7, 2023 at 12:00 pm.
