James W. Morgan

“Jimbo” was born and raised in Chattanooga. He was a graduate of City High School and attended UTC. He was the owner of Morgan Motors and began selling cars in 1972. His hobbies included boating, fishing, golfing, riding motorcycles and he had a love for animals.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Katherine Morgan.

Surviving are his two daughters, Dr. Mary Morgan-Kelley and husband Danny, and Kim Heatherly and husband Mark; granddaughter, Alexandria Kelley; brother, George “Bobo” Morgan; sister, Sharon Olinger; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.

Funeral Services will be at 1 PM on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev. Wayland Stewart officiating.

Pallbearers will be Tony Touchstone, Eddie Wright, Charlie Gray, John Manning, John Morgan and Wayne Cuzzort.

Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
