Gary Wayne Payne, 58, of Chattanooga died Monday, September 16, 2013. He was born June 26, 1955 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late William Henry and Alice Prince Payne. He was preceded in death by a brother Ronnie Payne. He was a loving father who loved spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Payne attended Rock Point Community Church. He loved cars.
Survivors include his wife Debbie Payne; children Aimee (Matt) Nall, Whitney Payne and Cody Payne; grandchildren Mattie Nall and Lucy Nall; sister Pamela (Curtis) Buckels; brother Tim Payne.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 20, in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Reverend James Payne and Matt Nall officiating. Interment will follow at 12:00 pm cst in the Mountain View Cemetery in Sherwood, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 Thursday evening.
