She was preceded in death by her son, SMSGT Ted Huling; parents, Samuel D. and Ruby Lee Hughes; six siblings, Mary Elizabeth, Joan, Joyce, Patricia, Buddy and Gene.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Huling; one son, Deron (Beth) Huling; one daughter, Rhonda (Barry) Adams; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11 AM to 1 PM Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN. The funeral service will begin at 1 PM at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Chris Gaither officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery immediately following.
