Connie was an example to me. Always kind, always faithful, a witness for her savior. She has been on my mind a lot lately, so I decided to look for her. She is home. Praise be to God!

There is no way to count the number of people who have been blessed by Connie Max! I am thankful to have been one of the many! I have nothing but good memories of an awesome friend and nurse...her rolled up scrub pants always made me smile...it was her trademark! I wish there were more people like Connie out there...the world would be a better place!

Saw the sunrise this morning and as if Connie touched it herself it was glowing Orange! You are missed but we will see you again one day. Say hello to everyone for us.

I didn't know her well but I feel like she has been a part of our family, my precious mother in law Melba Hufstetler taugh her in 2 grade, as long as I remember 28 years she sent Melba a Christmas card and stayed in touch, she is now walking the streets of gold with her family and our grandmother,  Mitchell Hufstetler and family

You really can't say het name without thinking of her humorous ways. Connie made me a CD with all my favorite songs she said.  I listen to the CD so excited, at that time I needed to be cheered up. After two songs I hear this song she made up singing in her can't sing a lick voice " save your bones for Mary Jones cause Mary don't like no meat"
 I started laughing sooo hard. It not only cheered me up it gave me a happy memory fifteen years later. RIH Connie.

My Mom used to say Connie had a good heart.

Sweet, sweet Connie Sue.  She was another daughter to me.  I knew her before she was born and loved her always.  Connie always had a smile and happily gave one to all she met.  She was generous to a fault.  She took care of her Mother, her father, her brother and many friends.  Connie is with those who loved her unconditionally now but she is in our hearts, too. Condolences to the family and close friends of Connie Max.  She and I had some great times together on the road traveling with the LV. She was a "hoot"!  And was not quiet about her faith.   Rest Easy Connie!

Connie was my "Pardner" for the past three years at Ronald McDonald House every 4th Tuesday of the month. We greeted
 each other with a hug (when Connie hugged you, you knew you'd been hugged) and "Hello,  "Pardner!"  Somehow between our house chores and our trying to be an asset ( this was a favorite word of Connies ) I listened to Connies take on the world and its problems. And more shifts than not, she'd end these talks with singing, Amazing Grace...... I miss you and will dearly miss you on the 4th Tuesday of every month, Pardner. Yes, Hootie Hoo, Sharon K. Jean Bass

What a happy girl to be around & always had everyone laughing.She brought joy to the Baroness Erlanger nursing class of 1976 and she will be missed,but will have memories.

Connie always would light up a room when she walked in.  What a precious person!  She was so thoughtful and caring.  Connie never met a stranger.  She was a joy to work with at East Ridge ER.

What a sweet happy soul. She always made you feel like you were the most important person in the world when she was talking to you.Such a happy face and she saw the humor in everything. Heaven is a Happier Place for sure !! She will be missed. Love you always, Hootie Hoo !!!!

What a great person, nurse and friend. Connie was larger than life. A huge heart with a personality to match. She always brightened up the room. When times were stressful at work you could always count on Connie for comic relief. See you again someday my friend.

Connie was always such a "hoot" to work with in Neuro ICU. We laughed throughout the day at her stories and scrub pants rolled up to her knees. She didn't care! It was hot. We miss you!

I will never forget our time together in nursing school, especially the basketball trips. I taped her weak ankle more times than I can remember. She had the biggest personality of anyone I have ever known. She made the world a happier  place.
