Bruce was the best top 10 painter in Chattanooga having worked for TVA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Lucille Friel and his sister, Marsha Brewer.
Survivors include his family members and friends and family from the American Legion Post 95 and Ronnie’s Bar and Grill.
A Celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN.
